OmniFix Group – Alteration Services Terms of Service

Welcome to OmniFix Group! By booking a fitting or using our clothing alteration services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. General Terms
• OmniFix Group provides professional clothing alterations, tailoring, and garment repair services.
• By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
• These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after updates signifies acceptance of the changes.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
• Fittings and consultations must be scheduled in advance.
• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may result in a fee.
3. Estimates & Payments
• Price estimates are provided during your fitting or via photo submission. Final pricing is confirmed in person once the garment is inspected.
• A deposit may be required for larger or specialty projects.
• Payment is due upon pickup unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept: Credit Cards, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash, Checks, and more.
4. Service Guarantee & Adjustments
• We stand by the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with the fit or alteration, please contact us within 3 days of pickup.
• One complimentary adjustment is included, if needed.
• Refunds are only issued if we are unable to complete the agreed-upon alteration.
• We are not responsible for garments damaged by misuse or wear after pickup.
5. Client Responsibilities
• Please bring garments in clean condition. We reserve the right to decline service on soiled clothing.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about fit preferences, deadlines, and any known issues with the garment.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or fragile materials that were not visible during the initial assessment.
• Garments not picked up within 6 months may be donated or discarded.
6. Liability & Limitations
• OmniFix Group is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by misuse of the garment after alteration.
• We take great care in handling all garments but are not liable for issues related to delicate or aged fabrics, invisible flaws, or previous alterations.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
