Fitting Appointment Guidelines

We’re so happy to help you feel great in your clothes! To make sure your visit is smooth and enjoyable, here are a few helpful notes:

• Appointment Required — We’d love to give you our full attention, so please book ahead. Walk-ins are welcome if we have space, but we can’t always guarantee it.

• Fresh & Clean Garments — Out of respect for our workspace and your clothing, we kindly ask that all items are freshly laundered before your fitting.

• Timeliness Matters — If you’re running a few minutes behind, just let us know! We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, though arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

• Need a Quick Quote? — Not sure if something can be altered? Feel free to send us a photo before your visit — we’re happy to take a look and advise.

• Payments & Pricing — We'll provide a quote during your fitting and explain what can be done. No pressure — just honest advice and fair pricing.

• Rush or Same-Day Requests — Need it fast? We’ve got you! Let us know ahead of time — an express fee may apply.
